iRef connects sports leagues and referees. Our app helps amateur sports organizers recruit, schedule and manage referees, records game scores and penalties and manages payment and tax reporting. League managers are relieved from hundreds of hours of administration work and allowed to get back to running great programs in the sports they love!
IRef is free for leagues to use and allows managers to choose the certification level of the referee they want and how much they want to pay for each game.
IRef provides extra income opportunities for experienced or new referees through a convenient mobile platform that allows them to manage certifications, accept jobs they want and decline those that are outside their preferred work area or pay requirements. On field reporting allows for one click game check-in, field directions and league specific rule changes. The app becomes a payment making machine, facilitating weekly direct deposits to the referee’s checking account – no more tracking down checks, begging for payments and hearing “the check is in the mail!”

We offer referee training and referee recruiting and are the source for referee opportunities. A five-star rating system is built into the app allowing leagues to rate referees and referees to provide feedback on league preparedness, conditions and suggestions for improvement. The comment section allows leagues to remember their favorite referees and review the comments from other leagues.
